The Paradis Latin serves up to 720 meals on a given evening!
The catering is the object of great particular attention at the Paradis Latin. The service is supervised by Harold Israël, General Manager however also a master chef by education and vocation.
The Paradis Latin proposes a cuisine created with only the freshest ingredients “We are very attentive of the quality of our suppliers”, says Harold Israël, the same suppliers that deliver to the best restaurants in Paris”.
A prestigious wine cellar is also at your disposal, with 80,000 bottles of Bordeaux wine and 45,000 bottles of Champagne consumed yearly.
Our wine list offers both the amateur or novice, their choice of Burgundy’s (Vosne-Romanée) its Margaux, its Sauternese (Château Romer du Hayot with our recommendation a 1989)
The Paradis Latin is recommended by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, a brotherhood composed of grand gastronomes and fine gourmets, not to mention has the sponsorship of l’Ecole du Cordon Bleu, who sanctions our most prestigious menu.
