An elegant and gourmet cuisine

The Paradis Latin is a cabaret where all of the dishes are carefully curated and prepared. For its lunch-show and dinner show, the Paradis Latin’s restaurant serves modern and creative meals that are in the tradition of French fine dining. The menus have been created by the triple Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy to offer an unforgettable eating experience to every customer.

The Paradis Latin, the French art of living

The dishes of our lunch-show and dinner-show are made on site with fresh and seasonal ingredients that are selected from their origins; where possible they are sourced locally, and all are from organic or sustainable farming. The recipes modernize the classic dishes of French cuisine to offer a unique eating experience.

Before each show, chef Nicolas Breneliere and his team of 18 skilled cooks hurry up in the kitchen. Hundreds of starters, main courses and desserts are cooked and plated up in 1 hour and 15 minutes so the show can start on schedule. When the Paradis Latin is packed, up to 600 dishes are carefully prepared in our kitchen!

To accompany the dishes, we provide the finest wines of Bordeaux, Bourgogne and, of course, bottles of Champagne.

What’s better than the cuisine of Guy Savoy to sublimate the Paradis Latin, a magical entertainment venue and the oldest cabaret in Paris built more than a century ago by Gustave Eiffel? The triple Michelin-starred chef and worldwide ambassador of French fine dining has been creating our menus since January 1, 2020, with the wish that everyone enjoy them.

With each new season, Guy Savoy imagines two tasty menus with a choice from 3 starters, 3 main courses and 2 desserts. The recipes are inspired by the cabaret and are echoes of the show “L’Oiseau Paradis”.

Whether at his Michelin-starred restaurant, in his other establishments, or with the menus that he has created for the Paradis Latin’s restaurant, Guy Savoy celebrates the French art of living.

Since 2022, Pierre Hermé, founder of “Haute Pâtisserie” and Best Pastry Chef in the world in 2016, has done us the honor, in addition, of offering two desserts especially for the Paradis Latin.
